Can I order a wedding website if I do not live in the UK?
Yes, you can oder from anywhere in the world.
Do you have the prices in other currencies?
When you go to our paypal section you can pay in other currencies. For up to date currency rates click the button below.
What do you need to set up my wedding website?
Once you have ordered and paid for your site we will let you know exactly what you need to send us. This will include names, the wedding date, text (depending upon which package you have selected) and relevant photographs, preferably on a disk but we can also scan in your photographs. (All documents will be returned to you by Royal Mail standard service. Recorded delivery can be arranged upon request.)
Can I have my own .com address?
If you choose our Gold or Platinum packages you will receive your own .com address, which is subject to availability and will last for 12 months. Renewal can be arranged upon request.
What will my website address be?
If you order the Bronze or Silver package your address will be http://www.something-new.com/yournames.htm
If you order the Gold or Platinum packages your address will be www.yournames.com or .co.uk etc Domain names are subject to availability but we can try different addresses. For example if "www.sallyandmichael.com" is not available, "www.sallyandmichaelswebsite.com" might be, etc.
Can I order a wedding website for someone else?
Yes. Once you have ordered and paid for the site we can either contact the couple and let them know or you can give us all the information we will require, including photographs.
Do I need to have good quality photographs for my website?
It does help if you have good quality photographs but we can usually work with what you can provide. If you are not sure if your photographs are suitable you can send them to us and we can check for you.
Do my photographs need to be a certain size?
No, we can adjust and adapt your photographs to suit the design you choose.
Can I have a website for more than 12 months?
Yes. If you would like a website for more than 12 months we can do 6 month/12 month extensions on the Bronze & Silver packages and a further 12 months extension on Gold and Platinum packages. Contact us for current prices.
Do I need to arrange hosting for my wedding website?
No, we arrange the hosting for your website.
How do I send you photographs?
You can send us photographs on a disk or post us your photographs. We can also accept photographs via email.
Can I pay after the website has been constructed?
Full payment must be made before we construct and upload your website.
I want to change my design and/or colour theme, can I do this?
You can change your mind up to sending us the information/photographs etc but once we have started contructing the site, changes will no longer be possible.
Can I manage the site once it is up and running?
We will manage and maintain your site according to the requirements of your chosen package.
Can I have a CD of my website?
Yes, all packages include a free copy of the website on CD.
